1839 Cookbook

Hello blogger friends.  Right now I am working on a series about Zion that hopefully I'll get posted soon.  I've written three of the six articles. 

I had a reader send this fabulous link for a 1839 Cookbook.   This will be an important resource for those of you trying to reclaim some lost arts in nutrition, cooking, meat preparing, food preservation, cleaning and home organization.
